A certain amount of stress is helpful in creating focus and motivation, but in excess it can cause cascades of physical and mental issues. Hypnosis is a fast and effective way to relieve stress so that you're better able to respond to life from a place of choice. 


Hypnosis is great for changing patterns and behavior, removing compulsions, and lowering stress, which can play a huge role in retaining weight. I work with a balanced macros approach for more specific guidelines, and it is compatible with omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, and more. 


I offer smoking cessation in 1-1 and in group format. I also have a corporate package for employers who would like to help their employees quit smoking. Please drop me a chat if you want to quit smoking, or if you want to host a group smoking cessation experience (Minimum 4 attendees.) 


Hypnosis can be used to alleviate the symptoms of IBS and Crohns and other conditions triggered by stress and inflammation, relieve pain including fibromyalgia, ease migraines, reduce or eliminate headaches, address sexual anxiety, and more. I do not diagnose or treat any physical or mental condition, but I can help you adhere to your doctor's advice, and offer a holistic approach to relieving an array of symptoms that are responsive to hypnosis. All Day Experience 


Let's create a customized resolution experience! When you choose this option, we can meet in person at my office, or at a variety of other locations, such as an elevator if your problem has to do with claustrophobia, or a restaurant if your problem has to do with food. The experience can even span multiple locations. I can help you with confidence in the exact place where you plan to give a speech. My day rate covers up to six focused hours, not counting meals or breaks.  No additional fee to include your spouse, family members, friends or colleagues. If you want to achieve a goal in more of a traditional hourly format, this package is for you. Over a series of up to six online sessions depending on your needs, together we will create a holistic solution. This package is great for weight loss, IBS, fear, stress, and personal development, spiritual exploration, and anything could benefit from having this amount of dedicated support from me.

Mini Weekend Retreat


Step into another world to experience a transformation! It's no secret: sometimes changing locations is the best way to change your perspective. If you want to go deep into a highly tailored transformative experience that can includes sound healing, hypnosis, reiki, and a total break from the grind of everyday life, this option is for you! This package includes a program of proscribed rest and relaxation, and up to six hours of focused healing work over a long weekend, six shared meals, and two nights of beautiful accommodations at a safe and comfortable dedicated space. This package can be customized for small groups of up to 12.
